Commin' Along

An update here. I've decided to name him "First". Fitting, concidering he's my first ball jointed doll. I'm working on the joints now, then on to cleaning him up and Then First will be ready for molding.

It's taken me a little while to get this far, but I've been distracted by new designs and working up a business plan. Fun for me. Not so un for me? Getting used to taking photos as I'm working. I'm not one who generally thinks to use a camera even at special events. Big (as in 3-6 month) project coming up. I'm planning to convert my garage (ie: cement base with a couple beams and a roof filled with junk and rats) into a studio. With almost no capital to work with.

The Beginning: My First BJD

Well, here it goes. It's my plan to become one of the top BJD artists in the US so keep an eye out for me. FANtasticBJD: fantasy style ball jointed dolls by Amber S. And this is attempt one point five. Nothin' to it right? We will see.
I'll do my best to keep this up to date.
